The honest part most price lists don't tell you: 'all-inclusive' at a legitimate operator means the quoted price is what you pay — taxes, tolls, fuel, and the chauffeur's 20% gratuity are all baked in. At rideshare alternatives and at shady chauffeur outfits, the quote is the base before surge, tolls, 'meet-and-greet fee,' 'airport surcharge,' and 'cleaning fee.'
