Cookie Policy

Limo-Elite Platform operated by Jetset Transportation Inc.

Effective Date: April 4, 2026 | Last Updated: April 4, 2026 | Version 1.0

Article 1 - Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Jetset Transportation Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), doing business as Limo-Elite, uses cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tracking technologies on our website (limo-elite.com) and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

By continuing to use the Platform after being presented with this Cookie Policy, you consent to the use of cookies as described herein. You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or using the controls described in Article 6.

Article 2 - What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

2.1 Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide a personalized experience, and report information to website operators. Cookies may be "first-party" (set by us) or "third-party" (set by our service providers).

2.2 Pixels and Web Beacons

Pixels (also known as web beacons or tracking pixels) are tiny, transparent image files embedded in web pages or emails. They allow us to track whether a page has been viewed or an email has been opened, and collect information about the device used.

2.3 Local Storage

Local storage and session storage are browser-based mechanisms that allow websites to store data locally on your device. Unlike cookies, local storage data is not automatically transmitted with HTTP requests. We use local storage for application state management and authentication tokens.

2.4 Device Fingerprinting

In limited circumstances, our fraud prevention partners may use device fingerprinting techniques that combine device attributes (browser type, screen resolution, installed fonts, timezone) to create a unique identifier for fraud detection purposes.

Article 4 - Mobile Application Storage

4.1 Mobile Local Storage

Our mobile applications (iOS and Android) use the following on-device storage:

  • AsyncStorage / SecureStorage: Authentication tokens, user session data, encrypted credentials
  • Zustand persisted stores: Application state including booking drafts, ride tracking state, theme preferences
  • Expo SecureStore: Sensitive data (tokens) stored in the device's secure keychain/keystore
  • Push notification tokens: Device tokens for Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) and Apple Push Notification Service (iOS)

4.2 Background Location

The Driver mobile application collects GPS location data in the background (when the app is not in the foreground) while the Driver is online and available for rides.
