Terminal A — Delta home base

Delta, Southwest, Sun Country. A is the newest and most efficient terminal — concessions, well-marked baggage claim, good limo curb access on the arrivals level.

Terminal B — American and United

American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, United (both B1 and B2 sub-terminals), Spirit. B is split across two buildings connected by a walkway. If your bag tag says "B1" or "B2," know the difference — B2 limo pickup adds a 3-minute walk.

Terminal C — JetBlue

JetBlue (main presence), Cape Air, and some international carriers. C is structurally similar to A, with a single-level arrivals hall.

Terminal E — International

Every international carrier: British Airways, Lufthansa, Air France, KLM, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Turkish, Emirates, Qatar, Icelandair, TAP, El Al, and seasonal carriers. Everyone arriving from outside the US clears customs in Terminal E's Customs & Border Protection hall, even if your connecting flight is domestic.

Where the chauffeur actually meets you

Domestic terminals (A / B / C)

Limo pickup zone is ground-floor baggage claim — every terminal has a designated 'Town Car / Limo' meet point near the dispatch desk. The chauffeur is inside the building with a name card. Here's the 30-second hack: our dispatcher texts you the chauffeur's phone number when your flight lands. Text the chauffeur when you're at the carousel watching for your bag; they walk over to meet you there, not at the dispatch desk. Saves 10–15 minutes of awkward post-customs shuffling.

Terminal E (international)

The chauffeur is inside the Customs & Border Protection arrivals hall, just past the exit doors from immigration. Name card up, waiting. This is free for us as a licensed car-service operator; non-licensed drivers cannot enter that hall. It means your first 90 seconds in Boston are stress-free — no taxi queue, no curb-side shouting, no app-chase.

Arrivals vs. Departures curb

For pickups, the Arrivals level (lower) is the norm. The Departures level (upper) is for drop-offs and you cannot legally wait there for a pickup; Logan Police clear the curb every 90 seconds. Our chauffeurs know this reflexively — but if anyone ever tells you 'meet me upstairs,' something's off.

Same-day departure + arrival (Logan → city → Logan)

If you're on a short Boston trip (morning flight in, evening flight out), we offer a 'hold the vehicle' package: the same chauffeur picks you up at Terminal A/E, drives you to your meeting, parks nearby, brings you back to departures later. 8-hour hold is $895 sedan / $1,095 SUV — cheaper than two separate airport transfers for most itineraries.

Weather-related terminal quirks

Nor'easter days, Terminal E baggage can take 2 hours because international ground crew is reduced. Our chauffeurs wait without meter — you're not paying by the minute. In summer thunderstorm cells, ground stops add 45+ minutes; we monitor the ATC feed and adjust pickup times without you doing anything.

Specific tips for common routes

• Logan → Back Bay / Copley: 15–18 min off-peak, 25–35 min rush. Use Ted Williams Tunnel (fastest), not Sumner Tunnel.
• Logan → Seaport: 8 min off-peak (closest downtown neighborhood to Logan).
• Logan → North End: 12 min via Sumner Tunnel.
• Logan → Cambridge: 20 min via Ted Williams + Storrow.
• Logan → Gillette Stadium (Foxborough): 45 min off-peak via I-93 S + Route 1 S. Allow 75–90 min for World Cup 2026 match days.
• Logan → Cape Cod (Hyannis): 90 min off-peak, 2 hrs summer Fridays. Sagamore Bridge is the bottleneck.
• Logan → TF Green (PVD) alternate: 65 min I-95 S.
