How many people fit in a Sprinter van?

Our executive Sprinters seat 14 adults (10 captain chairs + 4-person rear bench). For 15+ passengers, we run a full-size 30-passenger executive coach — flat $1,295 for a half-day.
How much luggage fits with 14 passengers?

With all 14 seats in use, rear cargo holds 14 standard checked bags (30") plus carry-ons overhead. For groups with extra gear (sports teams, bands), we suggest the Freightliner Sprinter which has larger cargo at expense of 2 seats.
What's the cost of a Sprinter van to Logan Airport?

Boston → Logan: $195 flat for a one-way with up to 4 hours wait at origin. Half-day charter (4 hrs, up to 100 miles): $595. Full-day charter (8 hrs, up to 200 miles): $1,095. Multi-day with overnight chauffeur: $1,995/day.
Do Sprinter vans fit in hotel porte-cochères?

Yes. Our Sprinters are 117" tall — under the clearance of every major Boston hotel porte-cochère (most are 120" or higher). The Fairmont Copley Plaza, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Omni Parker House, and The Liberty Hotel all accommodate them.
Can we use the Sprinter for an NYE night out with 14 friends?

Yes. NYE package includes 6 hours of service (typically 7pm–1am), complimentary champagne, LED mood lighting, and a dedicated chauffeur. $1,895 all-inclusive. Book by November 15 — NYE is our most-requested Sprinter night of the year.
Is the Sprinter van AWD for winter?

Standard Sprinter is RWD; our fleet runs 4MATIC AWD Sprinters exclusively for Nov–April runs. Dedicated winter tires installed December through March. We've handled Nor'easter Logan airport runs with no cancellations.
Do you have coffee / breakfast service for early morning corporate group rides?

Yes — with 24 hours notice we can stock the mini fridge with bottled water, coffee (Dunkin' or Starbucks, your call), pastries, and orange juice for a morning Logan group. $45 add-on. Common use: sales team Logan → Boston → client office with breakfast in the van.
