Party Bus FAQ

How much is a party bus in Boston?

+
All-inclusive $245/hour with a 4-hour minimum — so entry is $980. Most popular: 6-hour bachelorette package at $1,495. NYE 6-hour package at $1,895 including a bottle of champagne. Prom 5-hour package at $1,195 with sober-pickup chauffeur verification.

Can we bring alcohol on the party bus?

+
Yes — BYOB is legal on a chauffeured party bus in Massachusetts for passengers 21+. Our chauffeur checks IDs at boarding and will refuse to transport minors with alcohol visible. Complimentary water, soda, ice, glasses, and mixers are stocked.

Does the party bus have a bathroom?

+
No. Party buses in this size class don't include a bathroom (the 30-seat executive coach does). For routes under 3 hours this is fine — we plan a bathroom stop if the route is longer, usually at a gas station or restaurant en route.

Can the dance pole be removed?

+
Yes, on request at booking. Some wedding or corporate groups prefer it removed for a more traditional luxury-limo feel. 10-second removal, fully restored when you book it back in. No extra charge.

Do you do Boston bar crawl night-outs?

+
Yes. Custom 4–6 hour bar crawl routing: pickup at hotel, stops at 4–5 Seaport/North End/Back Bay venues, final drop home. Chauffeur stays parked at each bar (no surprise pickups); text when ready to roll to next stop. Popular Seaport route: Committee → Row 34 → Bastille Kitchen → Yvonne's.

Is there a damage deposit or cleaning fee?

+
No upfront deposit. If the bus requires extraordinary cleaning (vomit, spilled red wine on upholstery, broken glass), a $150 cleaning fee applies. In practice we've charged this fewer than 5 times in 3 years — most groups are fine.

Where does the party bus park at TD Garden / Fenway / MGM Music Hall?

+
We have preferred-vendor passes for TD Garden (West Lot), Fenway Park (Van Ness garage), and MGM Music Hall (Richard B. Ross Way dropoff). Chauffeur parks at the venue, radios in 5 min before show end, and the bus is at the curb when you walk out.
