Off-peak, 15–20 minutes via I-90 East (Mass Pike) through the Ted Williams Tunnel. At rush hour (7–10am, 4–7pm weekdays), budget 30–45 minutes. Our chauffeurs monitor the 511mass traffic feed live and reroute via Storrow Drive + Sumner Tunnel when Mass Pike backs up. For 6am–7am flights, pickup 2 hours pre-flight is the sweet spot from Back Bay.
Can you pick up in front of my building on Newbury Street?

Yes. Newbury Street has 2-hour metered parking and a handful of 15-minute loading zones. We typically stage in the Clarendon or Fairfield St side streets and walk you the last 30 feet — saves you the curb-side flag-down in rain or snow. We have EZ-Pass and active permits for valet coordination at the major hotels.

Which cars fit the Fairmont Copley valet?

All our sedans (E-Class, 7-series, S-Class) and SUVs (Escalade, Navigator, Suburban) fit comfortably under the Fairmont Copley porte-cochère. Our Sprinter vans and stretch limousines use the St. James Ave curb because of the low clearance at the main entrance.
Do you handle Back Bay event traffic? (Copley 5K, marathon, Head of the Charles)

Yes. On Marathon Monday, Head of the Charles, and the Copley Square 5K, we pre-position drivers at Prudential Center and use walking routes across the Pru skybridge to meet you. Add 20–30 minutes to any airport run on those days.
Can I book a round-trip to a Red Sox game from Back Bay?
