How long from Seaport to Logan Airport?

8 minutes off-peak, 15 minutes at rush hour. The Ted Williams Tunnel is the shortest path and our preferred route. If the tunnel is backed up (rare), the Sumner Tunnel via Atlantic Ave adds only 3–4 minutes. For 6am flights, a 4:15am pickup from Seaport is plenty.
Do you handle BCEC convention traffic?

Yes. During large BCEC events (HubSpot INBOUND, Biotech International Convention, Seafood Expo), surface street traffic on D Street and Summer St becomes gridlock. We pre-position drivers at the BCEC motor lobby and the Westin porte-cochère 10 minutes before scheduled pickup. Add 15–20 minutes to any departure during headline convention slots.
Can you meet us at Flynn Cruiseport?

Yes. We have active gate credentials for both Flynn Cruiseport terminals (Black Falcon + Terminal 4). Standard procedure: we text you the driver name, car description, and license plate 30 minutes before your scheduled disembarkation; you walk out of the terminal and the car is already at the curb. Luggage handling is included.

Can I book a 20-person Sprinter for my team at an INBOUND conference?

Yes. Mercedes Sprinter (14 passengers) and executive coach (30 passengers) handle BCEC team transfers. Typical use: hotel-to-BCEC morning shuttle, BCEC-to-dinner at 7pm, dinner-to-hotel at 11pm. Flat-rate half-day and full-day packages available; $599–$1,200 depending on vehicle size.
Is there a flat rate from Seaport to Logan for cruise passengers?
